With over 15 years of experience at KPF, Andrew has garnered considerable expertise in the design, management, and technical coordination of high-rise, mixed-use adaptive reuse and ground-up projects. He possesses particular local expertise in New York City, including in-depth knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, technical and construction coordination, and tenant fit-out requirements; key assets in the management and execution of Class-A headquarters and repositioning projects.
As Project Manager for the award-winning One Madison Avenue redevelopment, Andrew oversaw the creation of a contextually sensitive Class-A office tower overlooking Madison Square Park. This complex gut-renovation and addition involved selective demolition of an existing podium and insertion of a new tower above. The building serves as the New York headquarters of IBM and Franklin Templeton.
