Andrew is a Technical Principal in Mott MacDonald's Net Zero Advisory team. As a specialist in building and infrastructure decarbonisation, Andrew has a background in large scale energy efficiency and low to zero carbon technology programmes. 
In his roles as Lead Advisor to Scottish Government’s past Non-Domestic Energy Efficiency Framework, and more recently a Technical Lead within the Greater London Authority’s Zero Carbon Accelerator, he has experience of supporting organisations identify, develop, procure and deliver retrofit decarbonisation schemes at scale. Working predominantly on Energy Performance Contracts, he also brings experience of overseeing operational phases of projects, utilising best practice Measurement and Verification processes to prove performance and continue to appraise optimal outcomes for retrofit investment.
