Billy Whiterod is an experienced Operations & Project Lead at Lendlease, currently leading the Thamesmead Waterfront and High Road West Projects in London. These are large-scale, residential-led, mixed-use developments undertaken in partnership with public sector.

A Chartered Surveyor by profession, Billy joined Lendlease in 2008. His extensive tenure has seen him contribute across the company's Construction, Investments, and Development sectors. He has a proven track record of leading diverse projects, including those in Commercial Office, Education, Residential, and Mixed-Use Regeneration schemes. Beyond project delivery, Billy has also been instrumental in driving significant internal change programs within the business throughout his career at Lendlease.
