Colin is a Partner and Project Director at HTA Design, where he leads design teams in the delivery of complex housing projects across the UK. His expertise spans estate regeneration, build-to-rent developments, and suburban and rural extensions, with a focus on creating sustainable, high-quality communities.

 

Colin has played a pivotal role in the regeneration of many London neighbourhoods including Elephant Park where, working with Lendlease, he applied HTA’s experience in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) to drive construction efficiencies. At Greenford Quay in Ealing, Colin led a multi-disciplinary team to secure planning permission for a 2,000-home build-to-rent neighbourhood through a single application.

 

His work on the award-winning restoration of 75 Wallis Road exemplifies his commitment to sustainable design, converting a Victorian plastics factory into a contemporary workplace and permanent home for HTA’s London studio.
