Emilie Leclerc, chartered associate civil engineer at Civic, specialises in flood risk management, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and public realm projects. With more than nine years of experience, she has worked on pioneering climate-resilient projects such as the award-winning regeneration of Gascoigne Estate Phase 2 and working with Lambeth Council to design their SuDS programme. Passionate about sustainability, Emilie emphasises early-stage collaboration and system thinking, and she leads teams to design innovative, high-quality infrastructure that supports communities and enhances resilience.
