Faye leads the Ecology and Natural Capital services in the North. She has a wealth of experience ranging from residential developments to large commercial sites and strategic biodiversity net gain projects for the Environment Agency and Natural England. She was also involved in the development of the great crested newt (GCN) District Level Licence for Cheshire. Faye is Co-chair of the IEMA Biodiversity and Natural Capital Steering Group and is a member of the IEMA Policy and Practice Committee. She is also a committee member (and former Chair) of the Yorkshire and Northeast Branch of Women in Property and a guest lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University.
