Harriet specialises in pre-planning consultation and engagement with a particular focus on the public sector, having worked across numerous social housing, estate regeneration, and NHS projects since joining LCA in 2021.

Previously, Harriet managed Westminster City Council’s public consultation on housing-led projects ranging from small infill sites to estate regenerations.
