Hasan is an architect at HTA, specialising in the early stages of design, including feasibility studies, concept development, and securing planning approvals. His versatility in communicating design ideas through a wide range of media has made him a key contributor to capacity studies, bids, and design competitions across the UK.

 

With a strong understanding of client needs in the Build-to-Rent sector, Hasan has taken on the role of Design Guardian for several major HTA projects. He played a pivotal role in the design of Greenford Quay Blocks 7 and 8, significant elements of the practice’s Build-to-Rent masterplan in Ealing.

 

Hasan’s design skills and adaptability also contributed to the successful retrofit of Wallis Road, transforming a heritage plastics factory into HTA’s new London studio.
