Kate is the PropTech and Smart Buildings Manager at Kings Cross Group, where she leads initiatives focused on integrating intelligent building systems, energy optimisation, and sustainable innovation across the estate.

 

Before joining Kings Cross Group, Kate supported the development of an energy optimisation PropTech startup dedicated to reducing energy consumption in real estate. Her experience in sustainability, retrofitting, and efficient design continues to shape her approach to creating smart, environmentally responsible, and data-driven spaces.

 

She graduated from the interdisciplinary Engineering and Architectural Design course at The Bartlett School of Architecture, earning a Master’s diploma in Environmental and Structural Engineering. Her combined technical and design background enables her to bridge engineering, architecture, and digital technology in the built environment.
