Kathryn Thomas is the Head of International for RES, reporting into Mark Marcucci.
She oversees a portfolio of 13MM sqft across 72 countries in all aspects of RES.
The International portfolio is very dynamic with significant projects underway in London,
Frankfurt, Dublin, Dubai, Singapore, Australia, Pune and Chennai – as well as a host of
smaller branch projects and the remainder of the Consumer business divestiture.
Kathryn holds a degree in Geography from Royal Holloway & Bedford New College,
University of London, as well as various engineering and facilities management industry
qualifications. An active champion of diversity and was a founding member of the UK
Chapter and Board member for Corporate Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW). She was
recently named as one of the 24 women leading real estate in the UK.
Kathryn is married with two children and is an active diver and skier.
