Malcolm Ward is Director and Co-Founder of Askival, and Project Director for the Aberfeldy regeneration scheme on behalf of Poplar HARCA. With over 25 years of experience in residential development, Malcolm brings a practical, collaborative approach to delivering affordable homes and vibrant new neighbourhoods. 

 

In Aberfeldy, Malcolm is helping to lead one of east London’s most ambitious regeneration programmes. He works closely with partners and the local community to shape a place that’s inclusive and sustainable, whilst still retaining its character. His work spans everything from early feasibility and land acquisition to construction and delivery, always with a focus on making regeneration work for the people who live there.
