Matt heads up Urban Innovation at The Crown Estate, working on some of the nation's biggest innovation and skills challenges around Net Zero, climate change, biodiversity recovery and socio-economic growth. Having spent his early career in Financial Services, including founding a start-up providing tools and financing to small businesses, he brings a different perspective to real estate innovation. Matt is particularly passionate about the role that the right technologies, with the right people working with them, can play in tackling climate and resilience issues in the built environment.
