Michela has been developing environmental design strategies focused on energy efficient and sustainable solutions for projects from masterplan to building scale. With a strong legislative, regulatory and benchmarking background, she has successfully guided a number of large-scale mixed-use developments with existing and new buildings through planning and certification. Interested in operational and embodied carbon performance as well as building comfort, she has been working on sensitivity analyses to improve buildings and guide the design of exemplar projects.
