Paul’s core expertise is in education, specialising in city-making through education-led urban development.  He delivers civic learning environments that act as anchors for regeneration, shaping inclusive, community-focused neighbourhoods, with key projects including Nine Elms School & Community, OHC Sutton Life Centre and Paddock SEND School.  Paul shares knowledge globally through thought leadership and conferences and contributing to Arcadis’ international education group, alongside his role as ICC member at the University of West London.
