Paul Woodhams is the Managing Director for Building Safety & Refurbishment in McLaren Construction's Regeneration division. Paul leads a sector-focused team which specialises in building safety, regulatory compliance, complex building re-modelling, re-cladding, passive and active fire protection upgrades, home interior, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including former roles of Refurbishment Director and Work Winning Director (Regional) at Balfour Beatty plc.
