Rob is an experienced architectural designer with a flair for the creative reuse of existing buildings. He joined Hawkins\Brown in 2021, following several years in practice after studying at Oxford Brookes and Plymouth, and receiving an RIBA Presidents Medal nomination. Rob’s passion for retrofit has meant that he has gained experience in adapting existing buildings for a wide range of uses including schools, workplaces, leisure and higher education projects. His recent work includes the Passivhaus-standard refurbishment of an existing laboratory for the University of Oxford and the new-build/part adaptation of listed warehouse Regents Wharf, adjacent to the Regents Canal in Kings Cross.
