With extensive multi-disciplinary experience, Setareh leads Westminster’s project delivery function. Joining the Council in 2018, she has brought significant commercial acumen from her roles within large development companies in the sector. Passionate about high quality urban design, regeneration, spatial planning and sustainability, Setareh has provided outcome-based leadership in the implementation of the Council’s complex regeneration and housing delivery programme, developing high performing multi-disciplinary consultant teams and construction contracts. Most recently the council launched their Church Street Joint Venture Partnership to deliver the first phase of the borough’s largest regeneration scheme. As a certified Town Planner and with expertise in modern methods of construction and architectural engineering, Setareh has brought innovation and knowledge to the Council’s programme. Setareh was also recently awarded ‘Professional of the year – housing association / local authority’ at Inside Housing’s Women in Housing Awards.
