Tom has led development teams in retrofitting and converting buildings across the UK over a range of living and commercial sectors, totalling 750 beds, 60,000sqft of office space and one pub to date. 

Recent projects include a large PBSA scheme which carefully combines heritage buildings on the At Risk Register with new build, and two warehouse/office aparthotel conversions in a World Heritage Site. 

HUB has a retrofitting pipeline of over 1,200 beds across the UK in a range of living-spaces including residential, co-living, student and aparthotels – all of which put renewable energy and reducing embodied carbon at the forefront.
