Join us for this study tour of One Exchange Square and experience first-hand how an ambitious refurbishment project is taking shape.
Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of One Exchange Square, led by façade contractor Staticus and main contractor Multiplex. The event will begin with a welcome and project introduction, offering unique insights into the vision, challenges, and innovations driving this landmark redevelopment.
This is a rare opportunity to step directly into the heart of the construction site, witness the transformation in progress, and take in panoramic views from the upper floors of the building.
Originally constructed in the late 1980s, One Exchange Square is located in the vibrant core of the City of London, adjacent to Liverpool Street Station. The building is currently undergoing a major refurbishment to become a premium, future-ready workplace.
One of the standout features of the redevelopment is its striking exoskeleton, which plays a central role in shaping the façade design. This architectural element is not only visually impactful but also influences the design strategy and installation process on site.
Fletcher Priest Architects’ retrofit of One Exchange Square retains 96% of the existing structure, introduces generous new terraces and public realm connections, and sets new benchmarks for low-carbon design in the City of London.
