AFK are a boutique global design studio with an integrated approach to Architecture, Interiors, and Masterplanning, based in London and operating globally.

The studio is young at heart and nimble in spirit and action, with a specific focus on the residential, hotel, workplace, and cultural sectors, ensuring they are specialists in what they do.

AFK is a ‘small giant’, competing against some of the largest firms in the world, yet they do not strive to be the largest global practice or work on every project. They do, however, work to deliver the world’s best projects. That is why they are purposefully structured to foster deep client relationships and ensure the accessibility of the Directors throughout the design process. This deep engagement of the studio's leadership throughout the life of all the projects has been a fundamental platform on which the business continues to flourish.
