Sophie leads the NLA’s communications team, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of all internal and external communications at the NLA. This includes brand management, media relations, marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and audience engagement. She ensures that the NLA’s voice is clear, consistent, and aligned with its mission, values, and goals.
