A specialist in Central London commercial property, Felicity’s work for Native Land has included such key developments as Arbor, the flagship office building on the £2.5 billion Bankside Yards estate, and OneThreeSix in W1, part of The Portman Estate.

Felicity directs Native Land’s corporate ESG strategy and is leading work on the pioneering 5thGeneration Heat Network at Native Land’s Bankside Yards masterplan. This market-leading sustainability initiative will enable Bankside Yards to become the UK’s first fossil fuel-free major mixed-use development in operation.

Felicity is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
