Forogh Rahmani is Director of Local London – one of the four borough sub-regional partnerships in London representing the nine north east and southeast London boroughs.  Since joining in February 2025, Forogh has led the rollout of the Government’s flagship Trailblazer and Connect to Work programmes and is leading the refresh of an ambitious vision for sustainable and inclusive growth that benefits all residents and businesses across the sub-region.
