Lucy is a Social Value Lead at Multiplex, with over ten years’ experience in London’s construction sector. She is responsible for delivering Multiplex’s social equity strategy ‘Leave no one behind’, ensuring that major developments contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.

 

Her work focuses on embedding inclusive approaches across projects - supporting access to employment, education, and local engagement—while also helping to translate S106 planning commitments, into practical social outcomes. Lucy works closely with a range of partners to align development with the needs and priorities of London’s diverse communities.
