Vicki is the co-Director of tp bennett’s Sustainability team, applying her expertise to a diverse range of architecture and interiors projects. As a Passivhaus Certified Designer, she champions sustainable design that balances the needs of both present and future generations while prioritising the environmental effects of our demands on the planet. With a strong focus on collaboration, Vicki works alongside design teams to create spaces that are not only environmentally sustainable but also healthy and equitable. She is committed to upskilling industry professionals, empowering them to take meaningful action in response to the climate crisis. 

Her thought leadership extends beyond the office - she is a regular guest lecturer at London universities, she has contributed to Urban Land Institute research projects, podcasts, panels and roundtables hosted by industry publications. With a focus on measurable sustainable outcomes, Vicki is driven to influence change within the industry and encourage collective action to enable a regenerative future for us all.
