James has over 20 years real estate experience focussing on the Central London and South East office markets.  In addition to strong asset management and development skills, James has also spent most of his career shaping and implementing sustainability strategies for various types of investors.  He was core to the project team for The Rowe, steering the commercial strategies and objectives of the development.
