31/44 Architects is an award-winning practice based in London and Nantes. It has garnered RIBA London and National Awards, as well as international awards recognition, such as nomination for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture Mies van Der Rohe Award 2019.
Established in 2010, the practice began by designing one-off new-build houses. It has since grown to work on projects across a range of scales and programmes: from housing, assisted living and commercial schemes, through to multi- disciplinary public and arts projects and listed buildings.
