 Be the Engine Behind NLA’s Growth – Join Us as RevOps Manager 

NLA – London’s leading built environment membership organisation – is entering a bold new chapter, and we’re hiring our first Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to help power it. 

We’re building an entirely new sales and marketing capability from the ground up – and this role will sit at the heart of it. As RevOps Manager, you’ll design and optimise the systems, processes and insights that drive predictable revenue growth and expand our thriving professional community. 

You’ll take full ownership of the implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation of HubSpot, developing the workflows, automations and reporting that align sales, marketing and client relationship teams. Working alongside our new CRO and sales & marketing teams, you’ll help unlock new revenue streams across memberships, sponsorships and events, and ensure we scale efficiently with clear, actionable data. 

We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, data-driven, and excited by the challenge of building a commercial engine from scratch. You’ll bring strong HubSpot admin experience, be comfortable integrating third-party tools, and skilled in translating data into insight for non-technical audiences.
