As a Director at Buckley Gray Yeoman, Andrew has delivered a series of Workplace, Higher Education, Leisure, Retail and Residential projects across London. These include the award-winning Eccleston Yards for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland - a new retail, workplace and well-being destination set around a former industrial site in South Belgravia; The Ice Factory, the next phase at Eccleston Yards and currently in construction. This will see a 29,000sqft former warehouse converted into a lively mixed-use scheme creating Grade-A workspace sandwiched between retail at ground and a rooftop restaurant. Andrew is also overseeing Christchurch Court in the City of London - this takes a prominent commercial office building from the 1990s on Paternoster Square and seeks to remodel and extend the building to deliver over 350,000sqft of combined Grade-A workspace. Andrew is also overseeing a significant 20-storey net carbon zero new commercial building in Lambeth that will create a destination ‘tech-hub’ delivering 340,000 sqft of flexible office accommodation.
