Anisha is the UK Head of Healthcare at WSP bringing with her over 18 years of experience within government and healthcare infrastructure investment. Most recently she worked within the NHS as the Redevelopment Project Director, leading the New Hospital Programme redevelopment of St Mary’s Hospital for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Prior to this, she worked for 14 years as Development Director at Balfour Beatty Investments on a number of healthcare and mixed-use regeneration projects in London.

Anisha understands the opportunities, challenges and interdependencies faced by the healthcare sector today ranging from decarbonising NHS estates, recruitment and retention of NHS staff as well as creating longevity in the development of patient-centric healthcare buildings, whilst delivering flexibility and adaptability for changing models of care.
