Callum has over two years of experience in the building design and construction industry, focussing on Whole Life Carbon assessments, Part L compliance, and Energy and Sustainability Strategies. In this time, Callum has worked on a variety of developments, ranging in stakeholders and scale. He is passionate about shaping fully sustainable buildings, inclusive of current and future needs beyond decarbonisation. 

In his role as Innovation Lead for the Nature and Resilience Community, he has been engaging industry to support the development of new tools to diversity Hoare Lea's service offering supporting clients to advance transformative and leading design strategies which capitalise on the many opportunities this dynamic industry provides to achieve sustainable development goals.
