Colin is a founding Director of GRID architects, specialising in high-density residential design, mixed-use masterplanning and the delivery of complex urban projects.

Over his career, he has designed and delivered thousands of homes across Build-to-Rent, affordable and social housing, private residential and student accommodation. His work includes a significant contribution to the regeneration of Wembley, where he has led projects delivering more than 2,200 homes alongside workspace, retail, community and healthcare uses.

More recently, Colin has played a key role in developing GRID’s approach to sustainable design and adaptive reuse, exploring how existing buildings can be retained and transformed to reduce embodied carbon while creating long-term value.
