Alison is the lead NED in DLUHC and currently on the boards of Thomas White Oxford, the Cadogan Estate, the Royal Commission of 1851 and chair of Mace Group Plc’s Advisory Board. She was formerly CEO of The Crown Estate, on the board of Berkeley Group Plc and a trustee of the UK Green Building Council. 

She is perhaps best known for her leadership in delivering London 2012; and city centre regeneration in Manchester and Sheffield. She started her career at Westminster City Council.
