David has over 15 years’ experience as a London-based structural engineer. He is particularly passionate about working on refurbishment projects in residential and commercial sectors and enjoys the technical challenges that refurbishing historical structures can bring. 

Since joining Heyne Tillett Steel in 2013, he’s worked extensively on projects which involve refurbishment works to historic and listed buildings, often in conservation areas, including commercial redevelopments at Dartmouth St, St Philips Place and Cavendish Square. 

He is currently leading commercial refurbishment projects at Victoria House, London, and Sicilian and Vernon House, and he’s also been involved with a number of refurbishment projects for Grosvenor.
