Emily Prideaux Sounding board member
Emily Prideaux has over 20 years’ experience in the office market, with deep expertise spanning real estate investment, asset management, leasing, and development. Since joining Derwent London in 2010, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s portfolio, strengthening tenant relationships, and delivering high-quality, design-led workspaces. Her contribution and industry insight led to her appointment to the Executive Committee in 2017 and to the Board as an Executive Director in 2021.
 
Emily has overall responsibility for Leasing and Asset Management at Derwent London, overseeing major transactions, occupier strategy, and the performance of the income-generating portfolio. She leads the DL/Member initiative, defining the customer experience and service offer across the portfolio, and has responsibility for the company’s marketing and digital strategy, ensuring that brand, communications, and platforms reflect Derwent London’s customer-focused, design-led proposition. She also plays a central role in curating the product design offer through Derwent’s design and development work, ensuring future developments provide best-in-class workspace for the next generation of businesses.
 
In her executive role, Emily provides strategic direction across the wider business, with active oversight of the portfolio to optimise capital allocation, balance risk, and maximise long-term returns in line with the company’s objectives. She is closely involved in investor relations and stakeholder engagement, articulating Derwent London’s commercial positioning and supporting decision-making on both property and financial matters..
