Gareth is Head of Development for our 32 acre Broadgate campus surrounding Liverpool Street Station in the City of London. He is responsible for the planning, design, construction and financial performance of the 14 development projects that comprise the Broadgate Vision.

In addition, he leads on development acquisitions for Innovation & Life Sciences.

Gareth has over 15 years’ experience primarily on central London mixed-use developments. Prior to joining British Land he worked at Qatari Diar and DTZ.
