Graeme leads TfL’s wholly owned commercial property subsidiary, TTL Properties (TTLP). TTLP is building 20,000 homes and a portfolio of commercial offices across London. TTLP also manages 2,500 commercial tenants (93 per cent of whom are SMEs) with 1,000 retail units in and around stations and 850 railway arches.
