Hayley runs her own consultancy business, Consult HM, which specialises in providing Project Leadership to support the delivery of major capital projects. She has been working as the Britannia Masterplan Project Director for Hackney Council since the approval of its business case in April 2017, and is currently leading the team to deliver the residential outcomes of the masterplan. She is also currently leading Hackney Council's Kings Hall Leisure Centre Refurbishment project, which is in the early stages of design development and business case approval. Prior to starting her own business in 2015, Hayley held senior leadership roles across public and private sector environments, including: Navigant Consulting, Lend Lease, and Cabinet Office.
