Helen is Director of Sustainable Investing at Fabrix, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and management company striving to shape a more sustainable world through the intelligent application of finance, technology, and architecture. Helen is Vice Chair of the ULI UK Sustainability Product Council, member of the CREFC ESG task group, and member of the CIBSE Knowledge panel. Helen is an also an advocate of best design practice in her role as member of the Enfield Place and Design Quality Panel.
