Isobel is part of the GLA's Infrastructure Coordination Service. Since September 2023, she has been supporting developers affected by the West London electricity capacity constraints to successfully secure timely connection solutions for built environment projects such as housing schemes, public health services, EV charging facilities and heat networks. Isobel's work reflects the Mayor of London's priorities to unlock affordable housing delivery, enable decarbonisation, improve air quality and create healthy streets.

Isobel studied architecture but prior to her work at the GLA and in the affordable housing sector, she worked across a variety of disciplines including design and fabrication for: exhibitions, large-scale sculptural public artworks and sets for theatre, TV, film and fashion editorials.
