Jane Ho is a Principal at HKS and Director of Health in the firm’s London office. Jane focuses on developing the integration of concept and functionality and how people experience health care facilities. With over 17 years of experience, Jane enjoys seeing a project through from the initial briefing and concept design stages, to project construction and delivery. Jane believes that unlocking the user’s journey is key to successful, thoughtful and innovative healthcare environments. She designs with sensitively for future flexibility and adaptability, developing better buildings for a holistic user experience.
