Kate is a Strategic Consultant currently supporting the City of London Corporation to re-position the iconic Grade II* listed Leadenhall Market.  Her work focuses on breathing new life into this historic landmark, curating world-class retail, dining and experiences that celebrate its heritage while shaping its future.
 
A recognised place-making expert, Kate previously served as UK Leasing Director at Unibail Rodamco Westfield where she led the leasing strategy for Westfield London and Stratford and advised on the landmark mixed-use development in Croydon. She was instrumental in bringing major international brands to the UK, including Sephora’s highly anticipated launch, which attracted 5,000 customers on opening day. Kate also pioneered the creation of Westfield’s Healthcare Village, introducing 50,000 sq ft of medical and wellness brands to the luxury retail environment.
 
Before joining Westfield, Kate spent 18 years at Hammerson, overseeing leasing across its £6bn UK portfolio. She shaped strategic vision, drove financial performance, and built strong partnerships with joint venture stakeholders. Among her career highlights was leading Hammerson’s largest-ever acquisition, which marked the company’s entry into the Republic of Ireland.
