Kemi is a Technical Lead with a Sustainable Design focus at Willmott Dixon Construction South with over 20 years’ work experience in the built environment. She has an educational background in architecture and project management and a PG Dip in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. A certified Passive House designer, she focuses on integrating sustainability early in projects to maximise building performance within unique constraints.
Her collaborative approach with customers, design consultants, and project teams helps develop cost-effective, environmentally responsible projects that meet regulatory requirements. By leveraging supply chain innovation and internal expertise, she ensures continual improvement through practical lessons learned.
Kemi is committed to carbon reduction and efficient material use, helping others recognise the long-term environmental and financial benefits of sustainable design.
Beyond her professional role, she mentors at the University of Westminster and serves as a School Governor, reflecting her dedication to education and community development.
