Leah is a Director of Civic Engineers. She is a transport, traffic and street design engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in urban regeneration and transport planning. Leah is passionate about making great places which have longevity, flexibility and resilience.  A proponent of making active travel an easy and accessible choice for everyone, she believes that the quality of the public realm in our streets and spaces can have a huge impact on quality of life, both for people and for the wider biosphere.
