Marc is co-founder and CEO of innovative housing developer Pocket Living London’s first private developer to focus on delivering grant-free affordable homes for first time buyers.

Pocket Living’s award-winning housing provides a route to homeownership for people who are squeezed out of the open market and traditional affordable housing, with key workers accounting for 40% of Pocket purchasers.

The company has delivered over 750 homes since 2005 and is a specialist developer of small sites, experienced in transforming pockets of land to deliver attractive and affordable homes.

In 2017 Pocket announced a landmark finance agreement with the Mayor of London, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) worth £148.5m. The funding will see Pocket begin construction on over 1,000 homes by 2021.
