Mark is an Architect and Urban Designer and is the Mitcham Town Centre manager at Merton Council.

He previously worked at Studio Egret West where he led a variety of projects from meanwhile strategies to large-scale regeneration schemes. He joined Merton Council via Public Practice as an Urban Designer in 2019 where he led the Small Sites Toolkit SPD, Character Study SPD and the borough’s design policies by championing the importance of design.

As Mitcham Town Centre Manager, Mark is working closely with communities to steward the future of Mitcham using tactical projects to revitalise the town centre.
