Matthew is a chartered Architect and developer, having worked on and delivered major residential and commercial projects across the UK over the last 15 years, including significant quantities of affordable housing. With a particular interest in low carbon development, he sits on the sustainability working group for Frasers Property UK and was key in implementing FPUK’s carbon value scrutiny process for The Rowe to ensure the development minimised environmental impact.
