Nathan Parsad-Wyatt is a strategic communications and public affairs specialist shaping narratives for London’s real estate sector. As Director of Communications & Campaigns at New West End Company—the Business Improvement District representing over 600 businesses across 82 streets in Mayfair, Bond Street, Regent Street, and Oxford Street—he leads on positioning the West End for long-term growth and resilience.
 
With a background in political campaigns and property communications, Nathan has been instrumental in advocating for policies that support economic growth and ensure a sustainable future for the West End. As consumer needs evolve, he works closely with businesses, policymakers, and investors to ensure commercial spaces in the district meet future demands.
 
Previously, Nathan was the Director and Head of Public Affairs at property communications agency, where he led property communications, stakeholder engagement, and community consultation for some of the most high-profile redevelopment projects across the West End. His expertise lies in balancing commercial objectives with corporate responsibility, ensuring urban transformation benefits both businesses and the wider community.
