Olivia is a Project Architect at Levitt Bernstein, joining in 2016. She has significant experience designing and delivering housing, particularly specialist homes for older people and estate regeneration schemes. 

Olivia will be presenting Melfield Gardens, a project on site in Lewisham that will provide 32 affordable homes for people aged 55 and over and students from a local university. In exchange for being ‘good neighbours’, students will be charged lower rents. The project is for Phoenix Housing Association.
