Patrick joined the GLA in 2013 and has since led a variety of investment programmes spanning business support and employability, digital infrastructure, public realm and a range of civic infrastructure projects.  Patrick leads the Regeneration team within the Regeneration & Economic Development Unit, overseeing programmes which work with a range of partners to maximise the social, economic, cultural and environmental impact of place focussed investment. The team is responsible for promoting high quality design in the built environment through a combination of policy, programmes and advocacy.
